P.P. Nonwoven Fabric

The manufacturing of P.P. Spun bond Non Woven Fabric are not made by conventional weaving or knitting process, it involves a continuous process of converting polymer/resin pellets (polypropylene) into a web composed of continuous filaments and it is not a simple plastic fabric. The polypropylene granules are melt spun through jets into thousands of fibres and these are very fine filaments, uniformly laid down into random three - dimensional structure.
